Tije Vos is the Chief Commercial Officer at VSTEP Simulation, where he leads the company’s global commercial strategy and oversees sales, partnerships, and market development. With more than a decade of experience in simulation and training solutions, Tije has been instrumental in expanding VSTEP’s reach across the maritime sector, from inland navigation to offshore and port operations. He previously served as Head of Business Development for the Response Simulator division and has a strong background in sales and service management. Tije holds a degree from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. He works closely with clients and partners to advance maritime learning and training effectiveness. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and podcasts, sharing insights on simulation-based learning, workforce readiness, and maritime innovation.
