Elias Boletis is a Senior Advisor on Vessel Propulsion and Energy Efficiency, leading his Consulting Company ‘ Enarete Marine BV ’ in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
He promotes realistic solutions for the decarbonization of the marine merchant fleet. He helps advance new technologies on performance and manufacturing readiness. He is associated with RINA Consulting and several industrial partners, including Silverstream Technologies and Bound 4 Blue.
He drives several CIMAC activities for more than 25 years (recently being the Head of WG10 Engine Users. The Head of the Group on OCCS and a member of the Integration Group).
He contributes to various IMO activities on decarbonization and regulations.
