Helena Dobes, Director Sales Strategy at Anew Climate

Helena Dobes is Director Sales Strategy at Anew Climate Europe, where she is leading sales and
market strategy for renewable gases. Her work focuses on developing and commercializing Bio-LNG
solutions for road transport and the maritime sector. She supports energy utilities and industrial
companies in implementing decarbonization strategies and plays a key role in scaling Bio-LNG as a
commercially viable renewable fuel.
Before joining Anew Climate, Dobes spent several years in the bioenergy sector. As Team Lead
Trading & Products, she was responsible for developing and marketing biomethane and e-mobility
concepts within the German greenhouse gas quota framework. Earlier in her career, she gained
international experience across the automotive, logistics, and financial services industries. Dobes is
also a sought-after speaker on the transformation of fuels and mobility.
She holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business
and an M.Sc. in Management from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich, with a focus on e-
commerce and digital markets. During her studies, she was part of LMU’s M-Excellence scholarship
program.
